This week we have designed a friend for our dragon babies thinking very carefully about adjectives and have used our ideas to create character profiles.  

Maths

Our Year 1s have been using their knowledge of addition and subtraction facts to 20 to solve problems.

Our Year 2s have been working upon the topic of money, making different amounts and comparing them.

Science

We  have been real scientists this week.Our Year1s have been testing the waterproof properites  of materials and our Year 2s testing strength.

 Computing

This week we have produced some amazing work around staying safe online. We created some fantastic information posters and presented them at a school assembly.

PE 

We have been continuing with our teambuilding and yoga lessons.

RE

We have talked about Chinese New Year and why and how this is celebrated and had the most exciting activity morning on Friday with all our Key Stage 1 friends.
